A growing share of buying now starts inside an AI assistant. The agent does the legwork — shortlisting, comparing, and routing a ready-to-buy customer to whoever fits (and, increasingly, completing the purchase itself). Sites whose data is too thin for an agent to choose them fall out of the running, and never see it happen. Actum exists to close that gap for the seller.
The rails for agent commerce — ACP, MCP, AP2 — arrived in barely a year, and the big platforms are racing to connect the checkout. But none of them tell a seller whether an agent can actually act on them — find them, get the fit right, and carry a buyer to the purchase — where it drops out, or how to fix it. That measurement-and-enablement layer, neutral and cross-platform, is unowned. That's the layer we're building.
Actum is an early-stage company building in the open. We're looking for a handful of design partners — B2B and B2C sellers who want to be buyable by agents before their competitors are. If that's you, we'd love to talk.
